At Nuviralux, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order.

Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nuviralux.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

To be eligible for a return request, items must be:

• unused
• unopened
• in original packaging
• returned in the same condition received

Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Please note that natural hair care products require consistency and regular use over time. Individual experiences and results may vary depending on hair type, routine, and other personal factors.

Nuviralux does not guarantee specific cosmetic or hair-related results.

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
